MY STORY
My home is in a region called Remstal, close to the city of Stuttgart, which is our State Capital. The Remstal is known for its wine. My family had an orchard, vineyard, and garden which we worked and lived off of its bounty.

My mother and father were hard working and proud of their livelihood. I learned at an early age the benefits and enjoyment of homemade dishes and baked goods. Many of the recipes that I use today have been passed down to me from my mom.

The recipes go back to wholesome homemade goodness. All natural ingredients, heavy cream, butter, eggs, sugar, white flour, nuts, and fruits. No preservatives, or artificial colors.

I emigrated to America from Germany in my late teens, have enjoyed a successful career in logistics, and raised a family. Through my adult life I have loved to share my families' dishes and desserts with my American friends and family.
Inspired by my love of baking and a new challenge, and through encouragement of my friends and family, I am offering my favorite baked goods for sale.
